Kieron Moore to Star in Elliot Tuttle’s ‘Blue Film’ (EXCLUSIVE)

Kieron Moore is set to lead Elliot Tuttle’s drama Blue Film, we can exclusively reveal.

The film just recently wrapped production in Los Angeles. The movie follows camboy Aaron Eagle (Moore), who agrees to spend a night with an anonymous client for $40,000, only to end up discovering an unexpected tie to his past. Ryan Jackson-Healy, who lensed Fran Kranz‘s acclaimed Sundance drama Mass, will serve as cinematographer.

The film was produced by Adam Kersh, Will Youmans, Waylon Sall and Bijan Kazerooni. Kersh is known for his producing work on acclaimed indie films, such as Nicolas Pesce‘s The Eyes of My Mother, Josephine Decker‘s Madeline Madeline, Carlo Mirabella-DavisSwallow and Nathan Silver‘s Between the Temples, which just recently premiered to rave reviews at the 2024 Sundance Film Festival.

Moore is coming off of a recurring role in Apple TV+ series Masters of the Air, in which he appeared alongside Callum Turner, Austin Butler, Anthony Boyle and Nate Mann, as well as a starring role as Dimitri Belikov in Peacock’s series adaptation of beloved YA book series Vampire Academy. He can next be seen in Netflix series The Corps alongside Miles Heizer and Vera Farmiga. Blue Film marks his first role in a feature film.

Blue Film marks Tuttle’s second film following The Steps, which he also wrote and starred in. He also wrote and directed podcast series Lina’s Song, which featured the voices of Hari Nef, Krisha Fairchild, Dylan Gelula and more.
