Exclusive New Look at ‘THE DRAMA’
Continuing our Spring Movie Preview, here is an exclusive new look at Zendaya and Robert Pattinson in ‘THE DRAMA,’ debuting in theaters April 3.
“In The Drama, Charlie and Emma have to decide if it’s worth all the drama that comes with falling in love, settling down, and getting married,” says Zendaya. “When everything is out on the table between two people, what’s left over in a relationship on the eve of saying ‘I do’?”
In The Drama, Charlie is a handsome and successful museum curator from England who meets Emma, a witty and beautiful literary editor who works for a Cambridge publisher. After a brief, electrifying courtship, the seemingly perfect couple starts
planning their wedding with the help of Charlie’s level-headed best friend Mike (Mamoudou Athie) and his wife Rachel (Alana
Haim) — until a revelation from Emma’s past threatens to disrupt their harmony.
“You think you know someone, and they can say literally one sentence that maybe they don’t even realize they are saying,”
says Pattinson. “Suddenly everything has changed, and you can’t put the genie back in the bottle.”
